September 13th, 2012 - Blazing into the fourth quarter of 2012, Curb Records is celebrating some serious heavy metal success with a number of their top country stars striking gold and platinum status in digital sales. The latest stack of RIAA certifications adds to the decades of top awards and accolades for the label, which has just marked its 50th Anniversary as one of the industry’s leading independent music companies.
The trail of gold and platinum albums for Curb dates back to 1962 when the company was founded by Mike Curb. Clearly a visionary, Curb has continually adapted to a changing music industry.
