Viral Hit “Life With You” Becomes Hart’s First RIAA Gold-Certified Single
On Tour With Restless Road This Spring; Returns to CMA Fest June 6
Curb Records country riser Kelsey Hart runs up a tab of heartbreak on “I Went to the Bar,” available today (5/2) — listen HERE.
Reeling from the demise of a relationship, Hart heads straight to his favorite neighborhood dive on “I Went to the Bar.” Pouring whiskey on his pain, the singer-songwriter gets revenge by drinking away the girl who just drove away, letting a few good friends and a couple shots ease his agony. The searing, full-throttle original serves as the perfect breakup soundtrack and a fitting addition to the Kentucky native’s setlist as he wraps up a spring tour later this month opening for Restless Road in cities across North America. Hart wrote “I Went to the Bar” with Blake Bollinger and Erik Anderson.
Today’s new music drop follows propulsive, hard-hitting original “Gone With the Wind,” the first in a string of fresh releases Hart is poised to unveil across 2025 — a year already positioned to be another landmark 12 months for the emerging artist. It’s off to a phenomenal start as Hart received his first RIAA Gold certification at the end of February for “Life With You.” Surpassing 1 million TikTok creates, the viral hit — which also serves as the title cut of his debut album — has amassed upwards of 130 million global streams.
The in-demand lyricist — who’s written songs recorded by Jake Owen, Dylan Scott and Trace Adkins — is sharing the emotional fan favorite, as well as recent additions to his catalog, out on the road. After his supporting role on Restless Road’s “Goin’ Out Like That Tour” concludes May 31 in Fort Myers, Florida, Hart will return to CMA Fest in Nashville for a performance on the Chevy Vibes stage June 6.
