Dugger Rides NASCAR Circuit, Debuting New Music at Races Across the Country in Partnership with Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (SMI)

Curb Records artist Tim Dugger toasts moments worth celebrating on modern country singalong “Beer in the Sky,” out today (5/22) — listen HERE. Offering a sublime summer soundtrack to kick off Memorial Day weekend, the freshly minted song was written by Matt Dragstrem, Lauren Hungate, Taylor Phillips and Michael Tyler; and produced by Michael Knox (Riley Green, Jason Aldean).

With a thread of searing guitars and pulsating drums, “Beer in the Sky” weaves together a series of vivid, all-American memories that are simultaneously heartfelt and nostalgic. Sure to elicit both smiles and tears, the relatable ode to universal junctures in life that shape who we become over time serves as Dugger’s first hint of new music following 2024’s 13-track Stars Over Alabama.

Dugger will crack open a cold one with fans as he rides the NASCAR circuit debuting new music at races across the country in partnership with Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (SMI). As an ambassador for SMI’s race weekend experiences, he’ll hit the Charlotte Motor Speedway with a performance this Sunday, May 24, followed by a concert at Nashville Superspeedway on May 31. In Charlotte, he’ll be featured on the No. 98 Curb Records ThorSport Ford F-150 NASCAR truck. Full routing for other upcoming NASCAR pitstops is listed below.

“Beer in the Sky” offers a taste of what’s to come from the country traditionalist as he continues to share new music throughout 2026.

About Tim Dugger:

Curb Records recording artist, Country Music singer/songwriter, and Alabama-native Tim Dugger grew up on Gospel singing and classic Country music and developed a genuine love for songwriting and storytelling during summers spent at his local music store jamming with bluegrass pickers. Along the way, he cultivated an unapologetic artistic identity rooted in the music of his childhood idols like Merle Haggard, Vern Gosdin, Hank Williams, and Alan Jackson. After being introduced to former NASCAR driver and team owner Richard Childress, Dugger was off to the races, playing his original songs at nearly every major track in America, and after meeting Mike Curb on Pit Row at the Daytona 500, signed with Curb Records. Tim has 34.5 million career streams, has played the Grand Ole Opry multiple times, and has toured all over the United States. Dugger will be releasing new Michael Knox-produced music in 2026, starting with “Beer In The Sky” on May 22.
