Hart cleverly interpolates the Percy Mayfield-penned expression and turns it into an easy dose of melancholy as he drowns out the memory of the taillights of her old Ford. The mid-tempo moment offers a relatable snapshot of regret in another round of new music from the Kentucky native who was chosen as one of Country Radio Seminar’s (CRS) 2026 “New Faces of Country Music”, following boot-stomping original “Love To Be That Guy” and his heartwarming ode to first-time fatherhood on “Anything Like You.”
