Hart Poised to Release Beer-Buzzed Breakup Track “6-Pack Gone” This Friday (1/27)Nashville, Tenn. (January 23, 2023)
Curb Records is excited to announce the signing of new artist Kelsey Hart to their esteemed roster. Hart is already a member of the Curb family as the Kentucky native has been signed to Curb | Word Music Publishing for the past two years and has written songs recorded by Jake Owen, Dylan Scott and Trace Adkins, among others.“We are proud to continue our wonderful relationship with Kelsey Hart,” shares Curb Records Chairman, Mike Curb. “We are excited to welcome him to the roster as a recording artist and look forward to the future.”“The most important thing to me as an artist has always been to stay true to myself and create music I believe in,” shares Hart. “Curb Records shares that vision and has built a team that I’m honored to officially be a part of. This is just the beginning and I’m looking forward to many years of creating and sharing my music with y’all.”
Since landing his first gig at 19 as the lead singer of a local country band, Hart has diligently cultivated his passion for country music and honed his craft as a deft songwriter. After garnering his first album cut in 2017, Hart became an in-demand collaborator when he moved to Nashville, where he quickly established himself as a sought-after co-writer, vocalist and artist on the rise.
In addition to landing outside cuts by numerous hitmakers, Hart amassed nearly 4 million streams with a handful of tracks he released independently before signing with Curb. His debut EP, Give You Mine, marked his official foray into the artist spotlight, a place he’s dreamed of securing since his childhood days of belting Gospel music from the passenger seat of his dad’s truck.
In partnership with Curb, the fine-tuned lyricist has already released two original songs — a personal tribute to a loved one gone far too soon on “Forget To Remember You” and a tender reflection on legacy and the often unspoken lessons we teach our children on “My Daddy’s Fault.” This Friday (1/27), Hart will unveil the next glimpse into his artistic evolution with beer-buzzed breakup track “6-Pack Gone.”
