Performing with Kiesza and Bonnie McKee at the El Rey Theater on 9/27 – Purchase Tickets HERE
Nashville, Tenn. (September 19, 2025) – LA-based Curb Records recording artist Melanie Pfirrman grooves her way through her new song, “Feet Are For Dancing,” out today, 9/19. Listen to the funky track HERE. Fans can catch Pfirrman with Kiesza and Bonnie McKee on September 27 at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles – get tickets HERE.
Born out of the feeling of pure joy, “Feet Are For Dancing” was inspired by iconic disco divas such as Diana Ross, Donna Summer, and Gloria Gaynor. With its infectious beat and disco feel, the track shares an unapologetic message of freedom, movement and taking up space.
“I wanted to write something that captured the spirit of the disco divas I grew up loving,” shares Pfirrman. “About women who could light up a room with nothing but their presence and a beat. It’s about more than just a feel-good song; it’s about inspiring others to follow their hearts and live boldy.”
Released earlier this year, Pfirrman’s current radio single, “Take Me Back,” sits within the Top 30 on the Hot AC Chart and inside the Top 20 on the AC Chart, and follows her last single, “Okay,” which reached Top 20 on the Hot AC Chart and was featured on the last season of Love Island. She recently performed as part of the “Live On The Lake” concert series in Minneapolis, MN and dueted “Okay” with Ni/Co on TikTok, reaching over 1M views – watch the collaboration HERE.
