Ellis Toasts Fans With Tomorrow’s CMA Fest Performance at Chevy Vibes Stage, Followed By Meet & Greet at Fan Fair X

Nashville, Tenn. (June 9, 2023) — Curb Records riser Hannah Ellis puts the boujee in the backroads on “Wine Country,” available now — listen HERE. The song’s official music video premieres exclusively with CMT and New York City’s Paramount Times Square Billboard today (6/9) — watch  . Filmed during Live In The Vineyard Goes Country 2023 in partnership with Visit Napa Valley, Chappellet, and Lucchese, the cinematic visual was captured at various locations in beautiful Napa Valley, including Chappellet’s Pritchard Hill, and the Napa Valley Wine Train.

The up-and-coming singer/songwriter first debuted the judgment-free anthem this spring at Live In The Vineyard Goes Country 2023. Bringing a little Napa to Ellis’ home state of Kentucky, the pop-country twang of “Wine Country” raises a glass to the 2023 “CMT LISTEN UP” artist, proving the old adage true: You can take the girl out of the country, but you can’t take the country out of the girl. Admittedly a little Rosé, a lot Cabernet, Ellis sips her Cabernet from a Solo Cup, while wearing her black Luccheses on the cleverly penned track she wrote with Clint Lagerberg and her husband, Nick Wayne. Lagerberg produced the recording alongside Jason Massey.

CMA Fest attendees got a sneak peek at the track last night when Ellis hosted a pop-up “Wine Country” happy hour exclusively for fans, who are currently in Nashville to celebrate 50 years of the beloved country music festival. Additionally, CMA Fest fans can hear Ellis perform “Wine Country” live on the Chevy Vibes Stage tomorrow (6/10) at 11:45 a.m., followed by a Meet & Greet at Fan Fair X at 1 p.m.

Later this summer, the “Artist to Watch” (Rolling Stone Country) will once again step into country music’s most revered circle when she returns to the Grand Ole Opry on 7/16. Ellis will then open for Billy Currington in select cities in August and September, including Grand Junction, Colo. (8/18); Casper, Wyo. (8/19); Waite Park, Minn. (9/22); and Mankato, Minn. (9/23).

About Hannah Ellis:

Curb Records recording artist and country music singer/songwriter Hannah Ellis’ journey — and world — is one all can feel at home in. The Campbellsville, Kentucky native’s voice — a mix of favorite flannel, sparkling pink wine and welcome — is the friend we always wanted. Whether pouring from a car radio or your phone, the act named to Rolling Stone Country’s “Artist To Watch” list reminds you big leaps often come as a series of small steps when no one is looking. Having paid for her University of Kentucky degree with her full-ride scholarship, she — with the full support of her family — started chasing her dreams. Like so many, that meant a self-financed EP, and moving to Nashville to begin the endless rounds of writers nights, meetings, making friends, and trying to find your way. Hannah paid her dues, kept her focus and kept moving toward something she was sure she felt and knew was right. The fresh-faced songwriter, who has nearly 40 million career streams, has since written songs recorded by artists, and been featured as a vocalist on songs, spanning multiple genres, including: Russell Dickerson, Carly Pearce, FOR KING + COUNTRY, Emily Weisband, Cassadee Pope, FILMORE, and Sidewalk Prophets. The magnetic artist, who has appeared on the Grand Ole Opry multiple times since making her debut, has toured with Carly Pearce, Gavin DeGraw, Dwight Yoakam, Devin Dawson, and many others, and has toured as part of the CMT “Next Women of Country” Tour. Ellis was invited back by her college alma mater to be featured in a national television advertising campaign about pursuing and achieving your dreams. Hannah is one of the “CMT LISTEN UP” artists to watch for 2023. “Wine Country,” is available now.
